Returns Policy

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Glow Club and Glow Studio members have an extended 60-day window.

• Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
• All accessories, cables, remotes and original packaging must be included.
• Rechargeable batteries should not be materially depleted or damaged.

Email support@amppowerenkg.shop with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send instructions and the return address.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and the replacement.

Prefer a different set? Start a return and place a new order, or ask us to arrange an exchange. We'll help match you to the right glow.

For hygiene and safety, items returned incomplete, used or damaged by misuse may not be eligible. Physical Glow Studio seasonal items already dispatched are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are issued.
