Do any of these need wiring or drilling?
No. Every set is battery-powered or rechargeable and is designed to be placed, draped, stuck or hung — no electrician, no drilling, no landlord permission.
Are the candles a real flame?
No. Every product uses LED light sources only. Our flameless candles simulate a warm flicker with an LED and contain no real fire.
How does charging and battery life work?
Rechargeable sets charge over USB-C; battery sets use replaceable cells included in the box. Runtime is listed on each product page. Do not short-circuit batteries or leave items charging unattended.
Where do you ship and in what currency?
We ship worldwide and all prices are in USD. Free worldwide shipping applies over $60. Import duties may apply on some destinations — see the Shipping Policy.
What's your returns window?
30 days from delivery for unused items with all accessories and packaging. Glow Club and Glow Studio members get 60 days. See the Returns Policy.
How do I manage or cancel my Glow Club membership?
Use the billing portal link in your membership confirmation email. Cancelling keeps the current period active with no further billing.
